After ten years spent running and owning restaurants on the Coast of California, Pasquale Aiello and his wife Donna decided to move back to Italy and chose the rolling Umbrian Hills for one main reason: to find a place to relax after years of accumulated stress in the restaurant business. They found that in the house that today is Villa Bella Rosa.

This home features an American king-size bed – a rarity in Italy – in the large bedroom. The house also has an high speed internet connection with wi-fi modem for your laptop and satellite Tv with english audio.

Located in Citta della Pieve, 1666 feet (508 meters) above sea level, the house is surrounded by woods and is ideal as a base for walking and hiking. Lago Trasimeno, with a variety of recreational possibilities, including an ecotourism education center, is a 15-minute drive away.
Pasquale, who runs the B&B, gives tips on popular attractions and provides restaurant recommendations, and offers guided tours, on request. The entire house is available for rent by the week.
